Planning Consultant

This is for the DIY-er who needs some help finding where to start and where to go from there.

Includes:
  • 2 video calls to answer any questions you might have about your planning process

  • Unlimited emails from the time you booked until your event date

  • Helpful planning worksheets, if needed

Price: $100

Day-Of Coordinator

This package is for the person who wants to plan their event, but be stress-free on the event day.

Includes:
  • 2 video calls prior to your event, one when you book with me and the other the week before your event.

  • Unlimited emails for finalizing day-of logistics.

  • Create a detailed timeline to be approved by client and sent out to all vendors.

  • Attend final venue walk-through with you, if applicable.

  • Coordinate rehearsal of event, if applicable.

  • Complete day-of services including set up and breakdown of up to 10 hours.

  • Oversee vendor set up of venue.

  • Point of contact for all vendors day of the event.

  • Set up any personal decor such as card boxes, seating charts, table numbers, guest book, etc.

  • Orchestrate all events to adhere to the timeline.

  • Collect gifts at the end of the night and send them with the correct person.

  • Organizational sheets to help with planning.

Price: $1,500

Event Planner

This is for the person who wants help with every aspect of planning their perfect event.

Includes:
  • Everything included in Day-Of Coordinator package.

  • Help planning your decor.

  • Recommendations for vendors and assistance setting up consultations.

  • Detailed event packet including, but not limited to: venue layout, decor plan, timeline including vendor agendas, and more.

  • Help with final confirmations and communications with vendors.

  • Additional video call meeting to check in during the planning process.

  • Assistant coordinator for day-of event, if needed.

  • Complete event day services of up to 10 hours.

  • Assist in managing the event budget. 

  • Assist in securing a hotel block for out of town guests, if needed.

Price: $2,200
