I am based in the Grand Rapids area and primarily serve the surrounding West Michigan areas. Any event within 100 miles of Grand Rapids is included, but I am also happy to travel for events outside the region. Feel free to reach out with your event details and location!

ASAP! It's always good to get tasks off your plate sooner rather than later, so I recommend reaching out as soon as possible and then we can work on your planning timeline together. Most clients book anywhere between 6-12 months in advance depending on the type of event, but don't let that deter you. If you have a shorter timeframe, please reach out, I would love to try and work with you!

The "Day-Of Coordinator" package focuses primarily on final preparations and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of your event.
